Review: Just loved this so much! I can have it almost everyday 🙂 However, there are some dangers, just like everything else, too much of a good thing….

3 cups kale- ribs removed

1 large banana sliced and frozen

1 tbsp. almond butter

1 cup almond milk unsweetened

1/4 tsp vanilla extract


Blend & Enjoy!
